Why do I encounter a black screen when I connect the CCD10 capture card to my consoles?
The black screen issue is probably due to HDCP encryption. Disable HDCP on your consoles before using the capture card. This encryption can cause compatibility problems with some capture devices, but turning HDCP off can fix the black screen.
If my console, connected to the CCD10 capture card, displays “No Video,” what should I do?
First, check the HDMI cable: Ensure it’s securely plugged into the capture card’s HDMI IN port.
Second, verify console settings: Make sure HDMI output is enabled in the console’s settings menu.
The CCD10 features ultra-low latency. How should I make full use of that?
To maintain ultra-low latency, we suggest connecting the CCD10’s USB-C port to a USB-C port on your device.
